Pani Piyo! - Drink Water!
This blog was started in February 2007, at first for documenting the shaping of my freestyle kayak (most of it is in french, except a summary in german).
"Pani Piyo" is the name of the kayak and means "drink water!" in Hindi, one of the many Indian languages. In July 2007 I started to travel overland to India together with Mona, through Mongolia, China and Tibet (articles in english). After coming back from india
in early 2008, I built a kayak with vacuum bagging (summary in
german). In September 2008 I made a first slide-didgeridoo with PVC-pipe and fiber glass... sounds good and it's perfect for traveling. And the last project in winter-spring
2008-2009 was building paddles. Last but not least, in miscellaneous you'll see some other things which I'm interested
in.
I apologise for the many languages that I use in this blog. It is a bit difficult for a french guy living in
Austria. I want to reach as many people as possible, but I sometimes miss the necessary vocabulary to write in english about fiberglas and paddle building for example.
